Founded in 2003, 4sight Learning is the result of a dream William S. (Sam) Bartlett began pursuing way back in 1987. That was the when he took a friend's advice and bought a plane ticket with the last of his meager funds and headed to Kansas City for an audition to speak and train for one of the largest and most successful training companies in the country. Two weeks later Sam found himself in Syracuse, NY training managers who wanted to learn how to be more effective leaders. He quickly rose through the ranks and became one of the company's most sought after trainers and has gone on to be one of the most critically acclaimed speakers in the corporate world.
Sam has trained individuals and organizations from Fortune 500 corporations, associations, educational institutions, and government agencies who consistently rank his presentations as "the best they have ever heard".
